About Us
The premier trade conduit connecting Manitoba’s heartland to the global marketplace.
Our Story
Our story is defined by connectivity. By linking Emerson-Franklin, Morris, and Montcalm to the world, Highway 75 has become the preferred destination for investors seeking reliability and strategic reach. We empower companies to move faster and grow further, offering a stable, high-performance gateway that turns regional potential into cross-border success.
Our Vision
The 75 Corridor is a fully developed, investment-ready international trade gateway- connecting continental markets from the Gulf of Mexico to the Arctic, anchored by thriving communities and recognized as a node of strategic importance in the North American trade system.

Our Mission
The 75 Corridor Initiative advances the economic development of its member municipalities by coordinating land use planning, attracting trade-related investment, advocating for corridor infrastructure, and building the partnerships required to make the corridor function as an integrated, internationally competitive trade system.

Guiding Values
The corridor works because its members work together. The Initiative is built on the principle that municipalities, industry, Indigenous partners, and governments achieve more through coordinated action than through parallel individual effort.
The corridor passes through the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples and through the homeland of the Red River Métis Nation. The Initiative's commitment to reconciliation is built into its governance structure, its partnership design, and its programming. Economic development on this corridor is reconciliation work.
The Initiative is owned by municipalities and funded by public money. It reports to its members, its funders, and the communities along the corridor. Performance is measured, results are published, and the organization holds itself to the same standard it asks of others.
Plans that stay on paper do not build corridors. The Initiative is oriented toward execution- moving from study to decision to action on a timeline that matches the urgency of the opportunity. Coordination is a means, not an end.
The corridor runs through the Red River Valley. Climate and flood resilience are operational realities the Initiative plans for and builds into every hub development decision. Financial sustainability carries the same logic: the organization is designed to reduce government dependence over time, not to extend it.
The corridor's francophone heritage, its rural character, its agricultural roots, and its border community identity are assets, not footnotes. The Initiative reflects and supports the communities it serves rather than imposing an urban economic development template on a place that does not fit it.
